The Oxidising Emulsion 3.5% is designed to be mixed with the following cosmetic products to lighten and colour eyebrows. Due to the higher percentage of hydrogen peroxide, more free oxygen is released, which lightens the natural melanin in the hairs faster and provides intense colour.

The ELAN Oxidising Emulsion helps to colour even grey and hard eyebrow hairs. The product can be combined with the following eyebrow colouring and lightening products:
- proprietary eyebrow tinting system "Smart Brow Tinting System"
- ELAN eyebrow gel paint
- ultramarine powder for lightening eyebrows
- carbon powder for lightening eyebrows

How to use ELAN Oxidising Emulsion 3.5% to lighten eyebrows:
Mix the ÉLAN professional line Oxidising Emulsion 3.5% with carbon or ultramarine brow lightening powder in a 2:1 ratio (two parts of the oxidising emulsion and one part of the powder).
First, apply the lightening mixture to the thicker hairs, and then use a brush to spread it over the entire surface of the eyebrows.
Depending on the desired result and the thickness of the hairs, leave the mixture on the eyebrows for 3-15 minutes.
When the desired result is achieved, remove the lightening mixture with a cotton pad moistened with water.
If you want to get an even lighter shade, repeat the procedure.
To complete the chemical reaction, apply ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE to the eyebrows and remove the foam with a damp cotton pad.
To fix the result, apply "COLOUR FIX" fluid fixative, which contains keratin and sunflower oil, to the eyebrow hairs.
If necessary, tint or colour your eyebrows.
Important: after the eyebrow hairs are lightened, it is not recommended to carry out the standard procedure of eyebrow dyeing. If you use eyebrow dye and oxidiser in a 1:1 ratio, the eyebrow hairs will be dyed black.

Instructions for using ELAN Oxidising Emulsion 3.5% for eyebrow colouring:
Preparation for the colouring procedure: use "ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE" to degrease the hairs and skin before the eyebrow colouring or modelling procedure. Remove any residue with a cotton pad moistened with water.
Shaping the eyebrow shape: build the shape of the eyebrows using any convenient product.
Preparation of the colouring mixture: mix the "SBTS" Author's Brow Colouring System or ÉLAN Brow Gel Colour with "Oxidising Emulsion 3.5%" in a 1:1 ratio in a non-metallic container. If you want to add additional depth and saturation to the colours of the main palette of the "SBTS" brow colour system or create a new shade, use the corresponding "Eyebrow Tint Colour Booster 2.0" booster concentrate according to the mixing ratio below:
Eyebrow tint (49%) + oxidising emulsion (49%) + booster concentrate (2%) = colouring mixture (100%)
Colouring the eyebrows: apply the colouring mixture to the eyebrows according to the shape you have created. Depending on the desired result, leave the SBTS Author's Eyebrow Colouring System on for 5-10 minutes, and the ÉLAN Eyebrow Gel Colouring System on for 5-15 minutes. When the specified time is up, wash off the remaining colouring mixture with a cotton pad moistened with water. If the colouring mixture has gone beyond the expected shape, we recommend removing the excess with a cotton swab moistened with ÉLAN REMOVER.
Completion of the eyebrow colouring procedure: to fix the result, apply "ÉLAN COLOUR FIX" to the eyebrows.
