International Delivery Terms

Payment: international orders are shipped only after receiving 100% prepayment. International parcels cannot be sent with cash on delivery.

Shipping method: international orders are shipped via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta, depending on the destination country, service availability, and the selected delivery method.

Delivery: the shipping cost is calculated individually according to the rates of the selected carrier, taking into account the actual weight of the order, and is paid separately before the order is shipped.

Shipping time: orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment for the order has been received.

Customs fees: additional customs duties, taxes, or other mandatory charges may be applied in accordance with the laws of the recipient’s country. These costs are paid by the recipient.

Responsibility: after the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for its delivery and the integrity of the contents lies with the postal operator.

Customs Fees (European Union Countries)

International shipments undergo customs clearance in accordance with the legislation of the destination country.

During customs clearance, a fixed customs fee of 3 EUR may be applied to each category of goods, as well as VAT, brokerage fees, or other mandatory charges in accordance with the legislation of the recipient’s country.

For goods with a value exceeding 150 EUR, customs duties are applied according to the product category.

The final decision regarding the assessment of customs charges is made by the customs authorities of the destination country. All costs related to customs clearance are paid by the recipient.

Customs Fees (USA)

International shipments to the United States undergo customs clearance in accordance with the rules of the U.S. customs authorities.

All parcels may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other charges regardless of the order value.

The amount of customs charges depends on the country of origin of the goods, their category, value, and the decision of the U.S. customs authorities.

The final decision regarding the assessment of customs duties is made by the U.S. Customs Service.

All customs duties, brokerage fees, and other charges related to parcel clearance are paid by the recipient (there may also be exceptions when customs duties must be paid before the order is shipped).
