Returns & Exchanges

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", buyers have the right, within 14 days from the date of purchase, to exchange or return non-food products purchased in the Minoko online store, subject to compliance with all the norms provided for by the Law


Items that cannot be exchanged/returned


In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", goods are not subject to exchange or return if:

• The receipt (invoice) issued to the consumer upon purchase is lost;

• The product has already been used and has scratches, chips or abrasions;

• Product packaging is damaged or missing;

• The product belongs to the list of goods that are not subject to exchange/return.


The list of goods that are not subject to exchange/return includes the following groups of goods:


• Perfume and cosmetic products;

• Disposable materials;

• Products for personal use (brushes, brush sets, sponges);

• Products in aerosol packaging;

• Hair accessories;

• Face and body care products.


Be sure to check the parcel upon receipt at the Nova Poshta office for the integrity of packaging, storage and all items according to the invoice.

If there are no goods in the parcel in accordance with the invoice immediately at the Nova Poshta branch, contact our managers and report the erroneous completion of the order, after which further actions will be agreed upon with you, either to deliver the goods to you at our expense or to restore your funds.

In case of damage to the parcel and goods during shipment, be sure to immediately file a claim at the Nova Poshta office and report the damage to the parcel to us by phone +380979599777.

By picking up the goods from the post office, you automatically agree with the quality and packaging of the goods. We kindly ask you to check your order upon receipt. Otherwise, the online store is not responsible for the safety and completion of the parcel.


 

How to exchange/return an item?

You can exchange/return goods in two ways:

1. At the address Cherkassy, ​​st. Smelyanskaya, 23/1, 2nd floor, office 202;

2. By sending the goods by Nova Poshta.


When exchanging/returning goods in a store, the manager will assess the condition of the goods and the possibility of returning or exchanging them for an appropriate one within the framework of the law of Ukraine. After inspecting the product and making a decision on exchange or return, further actions will be agreed with you.


If necessary, exchange/return goods via Nova Poshta:

1. Inform the manager about the need to perform an exchange/return and the reason;

2. Send the goods by Nova Poshta using the data provided by the store manager. The cost of shipping is paid by the buyer, except in situations where manufacturing defects and other defects are discovered due to the fault of staff members/managers;

3. Managers will receive your return/exchange and check the parcel for compliance with the exchange and return rules;

4. If an exchange is necessary, warehouse staff will send the corresponding product according to your information.


If a refund is required, the manager makes a request to the accounting department. Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days for orders within Ukraine and up to 7 banking days for international delivery.


All actions related to the shipment of returned or exchanged goods are paid by the buyer, except for manufacturing defects or warehouse errors. IMPORTANT! All manufacturers reserve the right at any time, without mandatory notice, to make changes to the packaging, packaging design and characteristics that do not impair the quality of the product.
