Purchase by instalments is a service that allows Monobank customers to purchase goods from our store by instalments without providing any additional documents/references, etc.
What do I need to use the service?
To use the service, you need to be a Monobank client, download the MONO app to your phone and have a limit for ‘Purchase by instalments’.
To make a purchase on the website:
- add the product to the basket;
- fill in your details in the form, choose the delivery method and select ‘Purchase by instalments’ by Monobank and the number of payments in the payment form;
- after that, you will be taken to the authorisation window in the application and make the first payment.
To make a purchase in the store using the Monobank ‘Purchase by installments’ programme:
- download the bank's application to your smartphone;
- select the product and contact the manager;
- with the help of the manager, confirm the purchase in the application.
Is there a limit on the number of purchases?
No, you can have several agreements or purchase several orders at the same time. Purchases are limited only by the amount of the limit available to you within this service.
How is the first payment charged?
The first and all subsequent payments are charged to your credit card without any fees.
If you have just placed an order on the website, but change your mind and want to cancel, the operator will cancel the order and the funds will be returned to your account within 15 minutes. If a purchase receipt has already been generated, you can only cancel by submitting a refund request.
What is the minimum order amount?
- The minimum amount of the instalment plan: 500 UAH
What is the maximum order amount?
- Maximum instalment amount: 400 000 UAH (depending on your limit)
What is the annual interest rate on the loan?
- Real annual interest rate: 0,000001%
- How many instalments can the order be divided into and how are the payments repaid?
- Available term, payments: up to 3
- Repayment procedure: monthly payments in equal instalments
- The first instalment is made at the time of purchase.
