Thuya Professional Line Blond is a professional product used to pre-lighten natural or already colored eyebrows before dyeing them in a different color. Not suitable for eyelashes. When working with this paint-brightener, it is necessary to use a creamy oxidizer. The product is certified and meets the standards of Eurocontrol (Genetest), approved by dermatologists and ophthalmologists.
