How to use:
1. Cleanse the brow area with ÉLAN Detox-Mousse 2.0.
2. Mix BrowLIGHT Cream with ÉLAN OxiPOWER Oxidant in a 1:1 ratio.
3. Apply the mixture evenly to the brows in a thick layer. Exposure time: fine hairs: 1–2 minutes, medium hairs: 2–4 minutes, coarse hairs: 4–6 minutes.
4. Remove any residue with a cotton pad moistened with water.
5. Cleanse the skin again with ÉLAN Detox-Mousse 2.0.

Important: The cream does not lighten brows on its own — the lightening effect is achieved only when used together with ÉLAN OxiPOWER Oxidant.
